- Any public sector body can use the tool for free.
- Any commercial organisation should contact us before using the tool.
- The final line of the statement, starting "This accessibility statement was generated using" should be included in the statement.
- Anyone using the tool should thoroughly check that the accessibility statement uses the correct legal wording and contains a complete and accurate reflection of the website's accessibility at the time the statement was published.
- Any generated statements are only intended for the website that they were created for and shouldn't be copied to a different website.
